1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tetamus platform operated by Tetamus Homestay ("we", "us", "our") located at Legasi Kampung Bharu, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
Tetamus provides an online platform for booking homestay accommodations at Legasi Kampung Bharu, Kuala Lumpur. Additional services may include private transport, airport transfers, and curated trip packages.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You must verify your email address before making a booking.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make bookings.
4. Bookings
Making a Booking
- A valid identification document (NRIC or passport) is required for all bookings.
- Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment.
- Prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include all applicable charges unless stated otherwise.
Check-in & Check-out
- Standard check-in time: 3:00 PM
- Standard check-out time: 12:00 PM (noon)
- Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability.
5. Payment
- All payments are processed securely through Xendit.
- We accept major credit/debit cards, online banking, and e-wallets as available through Xendit.
- Payment must be completed within 24 hours of booking creation, after which the booking may be automatically cancelled.
6. Cancellation Policy
- More than 7 days before check-in: Full refund
- 3β7 days before check-in: 50% refund
- Less than 3 days before check-in: No refund
- Cancellations can be made through your booking page or by contacting us directly.
7. Guest Responsibilities
- Treat the property with care and respect.
- No smoking inside the units.
- No illegal activities on the premises.
- Keep noise levels reasonable, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Report any damage or issues promptly.
- Guests are liable for any damage caused during their stay.
8. Our Responsibilities
- Provide clean and well-maintained accommodation as described in the listing.
- Respond to guest inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure the safety and security of the premises.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Tetamus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking in question.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Tetamus platform, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by Tetamus and protected by Malaysian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
